Your data is end-to-end encrypted and portable. You can export, delete, or transfer it at any time. We never sell data, and every internal access is logged in an audit trail you can read.

03 I don’t speak the national language well — can I still use this?

Yes. The Civic Assistant works in 74 languages including plain-language mode. All legal documents are available in your language of choice.

04 What if a service fails?

Every request has a guaranteed human escalation path within one business day. If we miss a service-level commitment, you get automatic fee credits — no form required.

05 How is this funded?
